Workshops

Sequence alignment, clustering, and phylogenetic analysis
September 21 - October 7 2020

This workshop covers basic concepts and tools for working with DNA and protein sequences, at either single gene or genomic scales. The three-week workshop has three lectures and three hands-on sessions, with topics including sequence alignment, clustering, gene function annotation, and phylogenetics. Each workshop participant will be assigned to a Linux server, and will have three weeks to finish several data analysis projects. (Qi Sun, Cheng Zou)

Machine allocation.

Recordings from this workshop are available online (restricted to workshop participants only).
