#run command

/programs/bigscape/bigscape/run_bigscape inputFileName outputFileName
  • inputFileName should be the full path of the input data file, which should be placed  in a subdirectory under /workdir/$USER
  • outputFileName should be the full path of output file, which should be in a subdirectory under /workdir/$USER
  • First time you run this script, a docker image ghcr.io/medema-group/big-scape:master will be pulled from github container respository.

After the run is finished, you will need to change the ownership of the output directory:

docker1 claim /workdir/$USER/the_output_directory_name
