#to use the python module (you are using the python within the ete3 environment, the command is python, the version is 3.6)

#NCBI database
In this installation, the local NCBI database is set to "/workdir/.etetoolkit".  First you use the NCBI module on the BioHPC server, the NCBI Taxonomy database will be installed in this directory. The python function ncbi.update_taxonomy_database() would update your local NCBI database.
