## set environment

export PATH=/programs/Anaconda2/bin:$PATH

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/programs/Anaconda2/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

source activate plasflow

 

## run the tool

PlasFlow.py

 

## after you are done, deactivate the environment

source deactivate

 

##Other scripts provided by PlasFlow are located in /programs/PlasFlow/scripts/ directory, 

## For example, to run  filter_sequences_by_length.pl , you need to provide the Path:

/programs/PlasFlow/scripts/filter_sequences_by_length.pl
