##There is also a docker image of gemma  (v0.98.1) compiled from source, which might have better support for multithreading.

to get the docker image:

docker1 pull biohpc/gemma

then follow BioHPC docker instructions at https://biohpc.cornell.edu/lab/userguide.aspx?a=software&i=340#c

gemma is installed in the directory /usr/local/GEMMA/bin. It is in the default PATH, so that you can use the command "gemma" directly in the docker container. Compilation option: make -j 40 WITH_OPENBLAS=1
