Details for DETONATE (hide)

Name:DETONATE
Version:1.10
OS:Linux
About:Both packages are mainly intended to be used to evaluate de novo transcriptome assemblies
Added:2/16/2016 2:41:47 PM
Updated:
Link:http://deweylab.biostat.wisc.edu/detonate/
Notes:

There are two packages in the Detonate software: RSEM-EVAL and REF-EVAL. The paths of these two packages are: /programs/detonate-1.10/ref-eval and /programs/detonate-1.10/rsem-eval.

Use this following command to include the two directories in the path, which will make it easier to run the software:

export PATH=/programs/detonate-1.10/ref-eval:/programs/detonate-1.10/rsem-eval:$PATH

Then you can run the code directly. E.g. ref-eval
