Details for keras (hide)
Name: | keras |
Version: | 20181015 |
OS: | Linux |
About: | Keras is a high-level neural networks API |
Added: | 10/15/2018 3:56:30 PM |
Updated: | |
Link: | https://keras.io/ |
Notes: | Using conda on GPU machines:
export PATH=/programs/miniconda3/bin:$PATH
source activate keras-gpu
After you are done:
source deactivate
Using conda on regular machines:
export PATH=/programs/miniconda3/bin:$PATH
source activate keras
## do your work
After you are done:
source deactivate
We recommend you to install your own copy of keras using conda. It is easy, and compatible cuda and tensorflow is included.
1. If you do not have miniconda installed in your home directory, following these instructions to install miniconda: https://conda.io/miniconda.html .
2. After miniconda is installed, create a virtual environment for tensorflow with tensorflow-gpu installed
conda create -n tensorflow-gpu tensorflow-gpu -c anaconda
To use keras:
export PATH=~/miniconda3/bin:$PATH
source activate keras-gpu
Using PYTHONPATH:
set PYTHONPATH before using keras.
For PYTHON2
export PYTHONPATH=/programs/keras/lib/python2.7/site-packages:/programs/keras/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/
For PYTHON3
export PYTHONPATH=/programs/keras/lib/python3.6/site-packages
