Notes:

Set up Galaxy server:

cd /workdir/$USER

git clone -b release_22.05 https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy.git

cd galaxy/config

cp /programs/galaxy-22.05/galaxy.yml.sample galaxy.yml

#config the galaxy.yml file, modifying the following fields:
#replace all there occurances of "my_biohpc_id" with you biohpc id
#the default port number in the config file is 8031. You can replace it with any number between 8009 to 8039

cd ..
sh run.sh

# you might need to press ctrl-c to stop once it reach a forever loop "wait"

START or stop Galaxy server:

source /workdir/$USER/galaxy/.venv/bin/activate

galaxyctl start

#to stop server, galaxyctl stop
