Run MrBayes without parallelization:

/programs/mrbayes-3.2.7/bin/mb

MrBayes is compiled with Beagle support, but it is NOT turned on unless the user tells the program to do so. If you want to use Beagle support (should be faster) you need to execute this within the mrbayes shell:

set usebeagle=yes

in your command list.

We also support parallel version of MrBayes that uses MPI library. To invoke parallel MrBayes you need to use the following command

mpirun -np N /programs/mrbayes-3.2.7/bin/mb.mpi [options]

where N must be substituted with the number of processors to use. MrBayes usually works best with number of processors below 10.
